We have observed high-mobility conduction at LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interfaces oriented along [110] and [111] directions, with the same range of carrier density and mobility values as in the conventional [001]-oriented interfaces. These findings open a new perspective both for materials research and for elucidating the ultimate microscopic mechanism of carrier doping in these oxide interfaces.
